CCADS is growing in talent and recognition as shown in our reviews and the Awards we have recently won, but as with all amateur drama companies,  we need  sponsorship to continue as a group.

The simplest way to sponsor us is to come and see our shows!  however
Our current venue  ‘The Third Floor Arts Centre, has a capacity of 100 seats per performance and we regularly sell-out this venue but,  despite having strict control over our budget, we rarely meet our production costs,

In order to be able to continue to grow as a company we need to stage some of our shows at a larger venue and we have fortunately  been offered the opportunity to stage our next musical production  ‘Beauty and the Beast’ in June 2010  at the ‘New Theatre Royal’ in Portsmouth’s city centre.

The costs associated with hiring this recently re-furbished  prestigious venue and the performance ‘Rights’ for the show  present a financial difficulty for our company. We therefore need your help to mitigate these costs as much as possible.
